The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Errand Runner defining the rules and acceptable behavior of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Errand Runner may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

Errand Runner reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.


All items picked up and delivered for our clients are physically inspected (without unpackaging) prior to delivery. All large items being picked up should be insured by the consignee (i.e., you, or the client) prior to delivery. Photos of items picked up from third parties will be photographed and kept on file as proof that the items were in good condition and another photo once the items are delivered. The consignee may be required to sign a waiver form upon delivery.


Third party damages

If the parcel package appears to be visibly damaged, Errand Runner will contact the consignee for further information. Any damage reports required by a third party is the responsibility of the consignee. If the consignee requires assistance with this process, an additional fee may be applicable.


Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items by Us

Any damage/s, or items lost or stolen while in the possession of Errand Runner, and can be proven, an amount to fix the damages or replace the item/s will be provided by Errand Runner. We will inform the consignee on the settlement amount able to be refunded by Errand Runner. Full details on items and photographs of the damage/s will be requested from the consignee within two (2) weeks after the delivery date.
